EFT, or Tapping as it is also known, is the therapy which clears all kinds of limiting behaviours and emotions rapidly. Fears, phobias, trauma of all description, anxiety, addictions – these are all released through tapping on body points while focusing gently on the problem. EFT uses protective measures to make it safer for the client – clients are never asked to ‘face the fear’ – and the work can be done in silence internally without having to talk about any incident which may cause anguish or embarrassment. The most harrowing of issues are safely released in this way – permanently.
