All our therapies are designed to work hand in hand with your Doctors prescribed mode of treatment. They will not interfere with any ongoing medications or treatment and will actually support and enhance the effects of any ongoing treatment.
Meditation
We offer a daily meditation session (Meditation On Twin Hearts) which is conducted free of charge. Anybody over the age of 16 can join in this meditation. It is a simple yet powerful guided meditation that will help calm your mind, improve your focus, concentration, productivity, heal your relationships and improve you physical and mental well being. Acu-Health Nature Cure Institute is an Approved Pranic Healing Training Center licenced by the GMCKS Pranic Healing Foundation of East Africa.
The Basic Pranic Healing (Level 1) workshop, which is your starting point into the world of Energy Healing is a Two Day workshop which is conducted once a month usually over a weekend and is designed to empower you with simple tools & knowledge to take control of your and your family's Health & Wellness Naturally. It can be used as a starting point for a career in healing or a stepping stone to other Higher Advanced courses offered by the GMCKS Pranic Healing Foundation of East Africa. These advanced courses cover a wide range of subjects from more Advanced Healing techniques & Spiritual Business Management to Self Protection, Feng Shui, Prosperity & Spirituality.
