Sometimes it’s easier to talk about personal issues and worries with someone who is independent of your friends and family. I provide a non-judgemental, therapeutic and confidential counselling & psychotherapy service based at the Natural Clinic, 23 Sullivan’s Quay, Cork City.
Counselling and psychotherapy are referred to as “talking therapies”. Talking therapies can help you work out how to deal with negative thoughts and feelings and help you to make positive changes.
Sometimes if you turn a worry over and over in your mind, the worry can grow. Talking about that worry can help you work out what is bothering you and explore what you can do about it.
Talking about what’s on your mind can help you work out where your negative feelings and ideas come from, why they are there and what positive changes you can make.
