I have almost 25 years’ experience working within the within the Teaching, Training & Learning environment. Within, the Drugs, Mental Health & Wellness. I have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) from GTCNI and educated to Degree level – Teaching Qualification from South Africa & a BSc Degree in Education & Advanced Diploma in Management obtained from University of Ulster.
I do have a host of other skills as a Manager, Co-Ordinator & Project Officer within the Teaching, Training & Development Industry, which covers developing & implementing learning strategies in the Public Sector, Community/Voluntary & Criminal Justice Sector. Designing, Facilitating & providing learning opportunities to meet staff, general public & volunteer needs. I have worked in many different sectors, from health/social care & public sector. Mental Health, Drugs & Alcohol training or personal development training. I have substantial experience in Teaching, Training, Learning & Development, in various settings, i.e. from Training the Teacher, Train the Trainer, Essential Skills, personal development & training for Teachers, Adults who had special needs.
