Loving Kindness is an effective and practical meditation practice that can help us deal with emotions of anger, fear and grief or negative judgements that we may be feeling for ourselves or others.

While we all have the capacity to live from our hearts and to be a loving presence in the world, this capacity is often undermined by the creation of barriers designed to protect us from being hurt. The stresses of daily life also distract us from greater openness and connection to ourselves and other people. This workshop is designed to help restore and strengthen that open-heartedness that we all possess, with an emphasis on developing kindness to ourselves. You’ll be provided with practical techniques to develop positive emotions and to cultivate kindness. The workshop is a combination of led meditations, discussion and exercises and is open to all.
