Holotropic Breathwork TM is a method of deep inner exploration that uses breath, music and art, in a safe supportive setting, to gain access to our own healing wisdom and creative power.
Participants work in pairs, each having a turn to experience their own breathing session. each session lasts approximately three hours. The workshop runs from 9am to 8pm. A light schedule on the day after the workshop is highly recommended.
