‘Six Word Secret’ Qi Gong

We are offering our Six Word Secret QiGong in Ireland for the first time.

This course combines the powerful effect of sound on the human energy system with the principles of QiGong. The core Qi gong principles will release deep tensions within the Qi field, allowing the Qi to flow more freely in the body. The Sound healing system then revitalises the internal organs and clears pathogenic Qi from the organ system. This is done through a special combination of breath, sound, colour and QiGong movement.

The course is designed to ground you in the fundamentals of QiGong and this prepares you to learn the main body of the course; the ancient QiGong method called “LIU ZI JUE” or “Six Word Secret”.

The course is open to newcomers and practitioners. The only prerequisite is the desire to heal and grow.

On this course you will learn:

1) The fundamentals of QiGong: Posture, breath, and Opening the Energy Gates to harmonise and ground one’s energy
2) The use of sound to further open and activate the Qi Energy field through the three Dantien centres of the human being
3) To chant/pray to create an energetic environment of reverence and protection so you can proceed to deeper healing
4) The ancient QiGong method called “LIU ZI JUE” or “Six Word Secret”
5) And, time permitting, how QiGong can facilitate conscious evolution of the human soul.
