Welcome to Cork Lotus Yoga

We are a small and intimate yoga studio set in the heart of Cork city center, situated behind the popular Quay Co-Op Restaurant and Health Store.

We offer small classes with a maximum capacity of 16 per class allowing for a calm and personal practice space.

Our classes are based on the vinyassa system of deep rhythymic breathing in coorordination with flowing movement.

Together they develop steadiness, strength, flexibility and vitality in the body while consciously tuning into our breath to achieve a calmness of mind and body.

We believe Yoga should be accessible, enjoyable and most importantly affordable! We offer a range of yoga classes in Cork city to suit the beginner to the advanced practitioner. Group discounts, specialised classes and one to one sessions available.
