- no matter how much we think we have our lives and reality firmly in our own hands, most of it is being controlled by the invisible world/shadows. The only way to master our reality is to become aware of our shadows, by bringing them to the light they lose they power. This can be very tedious process, usually quite difficult to handle on our own. I am deeply involved in shadow work for years now and can assist you with identifying and dealing with shadows.

- we live in challenging times which brings a lot of opportunities for healing and growth, yet the shifts in our reality and processes we need to undergo could by quite overwhelming.
