Founder and President of YAI Swami Vidyanand has personally validated the work of Sri Radha Sharon and this culminated in awarding her the Grand Master in Yoga Therapy in 2014.

What do you need to bring ?
Just yourself ! Mats are provided but do bring your own if you have one. A blanket is a good idea in winter and feel free to bring a cushion or blocks if you wish and your own water if you require it.
Class numbers are limited to 12 on mats. The first time you are with us you will need to complete an enrollment form giving simple information about yourself.
Please be on time and not having eaten a meal for at least two hours. Looking forward to meeting you !
