Our bodies hold the innate capacity to heal, and when we support and honour our own processes and natural cycles we can achieve optimum health and balance throughout the life cycle. I believe in a person-centred and holistic approach to healthcare that promotes and supports the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being of each individual.

I hold a B.A (Hons) in Psychology and I integrate this into my work to facilitate a return to that place of “wholeness” for each individual. I use a multi-therapy approach where applicable to address the holistic needs of each client, with a strong focus on nutrition and relaxation.

One of my main areas of interest is supporting women throughout their natural cycles, through infertility, pregnancy and menopause. I also work with a variety of health conditions including chronic health problems, and personal development. I see each client as central to their own healing process and s/he is encouraged to be an active participant in their own health.

I trained in Reiki in 2001 and qualified from Walmer college, Raheny in 2002 with ITEC diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Diet and Nutrition. I have also trained in Reflexology in Pregnancy and Childbirth (MRTP I), Fertility Reflexology (Sarah Holland, Fertility Reflexology Network), Craniosacral therapy (I and II), and Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage TM.

I am a registered member of the Irish Reflexology Institute (MIRIL) which which entitles members of VHI, Hibernian Aviva and Laya Healthcare to a refund on their health insurance. I offer clinic appointments at Carlow Gateway Business Centre, Athy Rd, Carlow and Botanic Health, Cian Park, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.

Holistic Therapy Treatments are offered in Cranio Sacral Reflexology (CSR), Aroma-Reflexology, Fertility and Maternity Reflexology, Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage, Reiki and Intuitive Healing. Treatment packages are also available for specific conditions.
