What does it look like?
Fill in as much sensual detail as you can about this manifestation. Expanding out to how it would change your life and the lives of the people close to you. Seeing this manifesting in your life, envisage the ripple effect that it will cause. Breath and close your eyes to sink into this daydream.
Welcome back. You have just manifested something you desire. All things are created first in this space. I am resistant to giving this space a name, but one could call it the thought space, the dream space, or your imagination. What brings your dream from your imagination into your reality is two things. Repetition of the thought and belief in the inevitability of it happening.
What is so interesting is that you are already an expert! You have been using this skill innately all your life. Each moment you are generating thoughts and these repeated thoughts create your physical reality that you are walking around in. To ground that concept (because it is quite spacey thought), take a moment to think about someone you are close to. Bring to mind their lifestyle, work, and home. Now think back to the last few conversations you have had with that person. Focusing in on the kind of language they were using, how they describe themselves, and what they share with you about how they perceive other people. Now look back at their lifestyle, work, and home. Can you see the links between what they share with you and the reality they have created for themselves?
What we communicate to others is just the surface layer of our thought space because we are thinking all the time. Therefore, we can assume that what we repeatedly share with others is something that we think about often. What we think about often we manifest. Now turning the focus onto yourself, recall some things that you share about yourself and your life with people. This intersection of thought process to sharing is a fascinating one. Now it is not only us thinking and feeling these things. The other person now thinks these things about us as well because it has now entered their memory after we have shared with them. The amount of people you share this with, equates to the amount of people that are now thinking about this concept, in addition to you of course.
Let’s take an example, if I have just started a new business (which I recently did) and I am sharing about this new venture of mine with friends. I tell them once they have asked what I am up to these days, that I am working on a new business project and I am trying to get it going. Adding in that it is orientated around natural medicine for women. This now becomes their image of what my business is. Of course, they are also taking in my body language, my feelings as I say it, and many other social cues as well. I am sharing with them a timid version of my dreamed manifestation. On the flip side, I can meet them and share with them that I am ecstatic because I have launched my new natural medicine business. They see my enthusiasm and ask to hear more. As I sit there with my spine straight, shoulders rolled back and a brightness in my face I pick up the paint brush and I paint them a wonderful inspiring picture of this new business I am manifesting. Reaching women all over the world to create a community where we can feel supported, heard, and completely free to share whatever. Taking healing back to its roots and connecting deeply with ourselves to move through this world with passion and enthusiasm.
Whichever avenue I chose in conversation with people about the thing that I am manifesting, creates a ripple effect. It is not only in my thought space now; I have brought it into theirs as well. This increases the energy around the manifestation as it spreads. They may then feel inspired by what I have shared and spread the manifestation onto their female friends. What we share with others and what we project out into the world is in perfect balance with what we see manifesting in our lives.
What gets in the way of a dream manifesting in your life?
Take a moment to recall your desired manifestation. Breath and sink back into your daydream space as you close your eyes. Now honestly ask yourself, do you believe you can have that in your life or be that in your life?
The manifestation path includes the stopping points along the way that call us to release our beliefs that we cannot have what we are dreaming of. Only when we have released whatever we have thought or felt about it not working, will it arise as if from nowhere! Bringing awareness to these beliefs and looking them goes a long way in clearing the path for your dream to become a reality. Take a sheet of paper and write down all the reasons you can come up with about why you believe you cannot manifest this. Read through it and then burn it in a fire. Affirm that you are releasing these limiting beliefs and you no longer need them. Fire is a wonderful energy of transformation. After burning away all that no longer serves you, take a fresh piece of paper and fill it with affirmations. Affirm to yourself and the universe that you are worthy. You deserve to live an abundant life. Find some examples of affirmations below. When using affirmations, it is nice to finish with one that leaves the door open to the magic of the universe. The rigidity of needing something specific can stunt the flow of the universe. It is beautiful to dream up a specific manifestation and at the same time releasing to the flow of the universe in trust that the best things are coming to you.
