Nourishing Solutions is a holistic therapy practice run by qualified nutritionist, naturopath and EFT practitioner Elspeth Waters.
Elspeth is based in Bristol, UK where she sees clients on a one-to-one basis in three different locations across the city.
She also conducts consultations with clients all over the world via Skype.
Elspeth believes that the key to overcoming ill health is understanding how it started in the first place. With this understanding it is so much easier to correct any imbalances and overcome all illness, no matter how chronic, in order to feel better than ever.
Total health involves harmony of the mind, body and spirit which is why Elspeth combines EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) with naturopathic nutritional medicine in order to help clients recognise the emotional components of illness and treat them alongside more physical strategies for healing.
